Since 1985 we have progressively built on a sound base to offer the following:

• Full engineering design services from foundation design and pre-purchase advice through to final adoption of highways and drainage for Major Private Sector Developers.

• Preparation and submission of Flood Risk Assessments

• Environmental Assessment of greenfield and brownfield sites for contamination initially by desk study followed by intrusive investigation as necessary

• Detailed design of timber framed structures up to five storeys for either prefabrication or stick build on site.

• Inspection and analysis of historic buildings. Design of remedial and conversion structural work

• Structural and civil design for commercial developments including heavy rafts for poor bearing capacity sites.
