For land reclamation, the Practice organises on behalf of clients the complete site investigation within agreed budgets. Our investigations are carried out in two stages, the first is a desk study and walk over of the site followed by an intrusive investigation. We work to the requirements of NHBC Chap 4.1 and BS10175. All our investigations have been completed within the agreed budget and to the approval of the relevant statutory bodies such as the Environment Agency and Environmental Health Department.

Prior Associates has previously been approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers for the training of Graduate Engineers.

Our team approach ensures that junior staff are well supported by more experienced seniors. Such a policy, we believe, successfully blends the latest technology to experience.

We have invested in modern computer technology to offer the best possible service to our clients. All our drawing production uses computers and we can accept detailed instructions and information by e-mail returning the completed scheme to our client by the same medium.

As the Practice has grown, a team approach to major projects has been adopted. Each major client now has a dedicated Engineer, but our team approach means that other members of the Practice can help if the dedicated Engineer is away from the offices.
